How often do you visit for cleanups?
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs, ranging from one-time cleanups to weekly recurring visits. Most of our clients find that a weekly schedule keeps their yards consistently fresh.
Do I need to be home when you arrive?
Not at all! As long as we have clear access to your service area, we can complete the cleanup while you are at work or running errands. We will send a confirmation once the job is finished so you know your yard is ready for play.
How do you keep your tools and equipment sanitary?
We sanitize all scooping tools with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant after every yard to help prevent the spread of germs between properties.
What happens with the waste after collection?
We take care of the heavy lifting. All waste is bagged securely and disposed of according to local sanitation regulations. We make sure the "mess" leaves your property entirely, leaving you with a maintained yard.
Can you work with my dog in the yard?
We love dogs! If your pup is friendly and comfortable with newcomers, they are more than welcome to hang out. However, if your dog is an aggressive breed, protective or anxious around strangers, we kindly ask that they stay indoors or confined during the cleanup for their comfort and our safety.
